Booking Procedure

Reservations are
gladly accepted via
telephone, fax, email
or via online booking.
Bookings will be
confirmed on payment
of 50% deposit made
within 2 weeks of reservation
or in case of early
bookings latest 3 months
before travelling. Should
the deposit not be received
as requested the guesthouse
reserves the right to
cancel the booking.
To confirm your booking
we require your credit
card details (name,
credit card number,
expiry date, three-digit
control number (on reverse
of credit card). When
furnishing us with your
credit card details
you are authorizing
us to deduct the required
deposit or accruing
cancellation costs from
your account.
For the deposit we
accept Visa and Master
Cards or money transfer
to one of the following
bank accounts in South
Africa or Germany. Please
note that your booking
is only valid if confirmed
by us in writing.

Should any booking
be cancelled the following
rates apply:
21 – 28 days
prior to arrival –
20% of accommodation
rate
14 – 21 days prior
to arrival – 40%
of accommodation rate
7 – 14 days prior
to arrival – 60%
of accommodation rate
less than 7 days or
non-arrival –
80% of accommodation
rate
Should you depart
earlier than anticipated
you will be liable for
100% of the accommodation
cost.
